I do the same. I take 4-5 buy ins and when I get to the casino I get all my money in chips, usually black, then when seated have the runner chip me down. I never pull out cash at the table, only chips if I have to rebuy.
oh, I always buy in for the max and add if I get down to 60-70% of my starting stack.
