Did you test this code out yourself? Becuase it really does not work, I used everything you provided and I've tried tweaking it aswell, nothing.

If it did work for you, are you sure you're not leaving anything out?

EDIT:
Ive tried:
-adding rolands functions
-changing your x,y cordinates (y seemed to be just on the edge)
-changing the size of the table and layout w/ new .bmp of timebank button
