I probably slow down on the river. Players in microlimits usually only push like this if they have a VERY good hand. By the turn 3 bet I would have him on JJ and be looking to show it down for 1 bet if I could get away with it. 3 bet on the flop actually makes me feel better because players at this level dont usually jam the pot for value.

You usually can't predict quads in a situation like this. Textbook "Bad beat"
