Well, it depends on your position, stack sizes and players who have called in front of you.
Let's say you're on the button and UTG raises pot with 2-3 callers, then I would call 10/10 assuming the opponents have fairly stack sizes. As already said it's a great drawing hand but only in a multiway pot where you are given the right pot odds.
