This depends a lot on your table image. If you have been folding a lot to c/r on the turn with a broadway board than you want to get to showdown.
If he is behind he has 3-15 outs against you and I think for that reason I would bet and calldown any non diamond non queen non ace river. If he has a king good for him I pay him off. If your read is correct he is going to be semi-bluffing too frequently here and b/c c river will be profitable for you.
