I use fabulous.com for my gambling related domain names. You need at least 100 domain names to work with them.
A lot of people are paying huge bucks for domain names just to display ads but you have to be careful because PPC (pay per click) is going to be replaced by CPA (cost per action). Cost Per Action will not cost the advertiser anything unless the user clicking on the ad does a specific action, i.e. entering an email address, downloading software, purchasing an item, etc.
