I feel leading out is terrible. With this flop, BB is raising a lot of hands and shutting out the field. The calling stations are most likely on OCs and will call one bet but two makes it feel as though they're already beaten. Your first thought is much better. If we check, BB will bet and we can raise and get another bet from all three. I don't often like to check a set but I think I like it here.
