One of the main reasons this one is bad is that it shows that the dealer simply doesn't understand or care about protection of the game and protection of a player's action.
Most of the other things we see are mistakes of some sort. We all make mistakes and mistakes can be forgiven. This simply isn't a mistake. ~ Rick
