Seriously? Obviously he should stfu and deal but this isn't all that bad considering the [censored] you see.

One of the main reasons this one is bad is that it shows that the dealer simply doesn't understand or care about protection of the game and protection of a player's action.
Most of the other things we see are mistakes of some sort. We all make mistakes and mistakes can be forgiven. This simply isn't a mistake.
