This is definitely the best because you are actually getting back directly at the driver not the CSD. Most delivery people are independent contractors who get paid a flat amount per paper delivered on a standard route. Many delivery people will do their own callbacks because if they have another driver do it, there is a superpremium on these individual deliveries which is then deducted from their pay every week. The driver will be sure to get the hint quickly since you may end up costing him the same amount he is making out of the entire neighborhood.

btw. why in hell would you put up with this for more than a week?
