31 entrants, a good turnout. Here are the rules:
Each player picks a non-negative real number.
The second largest number wins. If two people pick the same number, the unique number wins.
If some one does not PM me a number in time, I will assign him -1. If two players pick the same number, and the third player is assigned -1, the third player does
not win. I will decide some how who wins out of the other two.
There will be one round per day. As soon as the previous round finishes, you can send in your number for the next round.
No PM-ing please. But in this thread you can say whatever you want (and you can lie obv)
