My main point is the stacks sizes make this play terrible.
If we assume your opponent will never call with AQ in this spot, and will call with AA-QQ, then you will never be a favorite when your shove is called. Best case scenario you are a 57-43 dog to QQ, or tied with another AK.
Is your edge so small in this game that you are eager to get your money in like this?
