I have a friend like this. His quotes include:
While handing another friend a carton of chocolate milk "Want some quick ***hole ?"
"I'm not sure but i'm positive........."
To the OP: It depends on how close a friend it is. Sometimes it's apropriate to ignore it, and sometimes the response should be: WTF are you talking about?
