You technically could, like if you pulled into a store or gas station. It happens to me just about every night that I work. Sometimes I'll follow them in just to let them know that I'm watching them, and then I loop around and go on my way.

Shouldn't do this, bro. It contributes to a negative attitude towards cops since people think you're trying to prove how powerful you are. If they're not doing anything wrong, let them do what they want.
