Default Re: UB cashout situation - need input

[ QUOTE ]
Thanks for the quick reply.

The complication with your solution is that I already signed her up for, and validated, and her own neteller account. So now the e-mail address that UB has, the one that I would change my neteller account to, is already assigned to her neteller account, so the system won't let me change it. I suppose I could create a third e-mail address and change both my neteller account and her UB account to that one, but this seems overly complicated.

To further complicate things, if I did as stated above, the e-mail address on my neteller account would not match any of the other poker accounts that I have, not to mention my own UB account. So we'd have to switch it every time one of us cashed out.

I guess I've really gotten us into a mess...
Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Its not going to take much for UB to stall your cashout. That is standard Operating procedure for them. You will just have to change email addresses on both neteller accounts. Its a tedious process cause each logon should be from a different IP address. Neteller has a history of locking its accounts if you sign on from the same IP. 100% of the time if you transfer from the same IP address, they will lock accounts and they will threaten to close them. Just reboot your router each time and go to the followin website to verify a different IP address:

IP Address Check Website

UB will not send the money unless the email address is the same, and they may not even send an email saying that is the problem. Plus they just upgraded this week, who knows what that did to the cashout system.
