Against someone who only shows winners just call. If the person who bets into you like to make plays I would raise. You're raising for value, if you make the raise I think you're inclined to call. Don't raise if you can't make the call, just call and see who has the best hand. Against someone who's real passive and plays ABC poker you're likely behind to a flush or straight, I'll just call them.
