Personally, I don't like the turn bet with the straight draw. I don't think you'll take it down here quite enough for it to be profitable. I suppose it's a good board to do the semi-bluff on, however in my experience, one or two of these players will call in this spot. I think these same players will sometimes check it through given the chance...
I think I'd check-fold the river with that pot regardless of your read on him.
