Here is what I got back from TITN:

and that would have been recognized by Full Tilteven if you didn't sign up
until several weeks later.
I am sorry about this but there is no other avenue to my avail to pursue
this on the account.

I don't ever remember signing up for FT through an affiliate, or clicking a banner on another site to get to FT. Is there any recourse for this? Should I email support?
