I would do this, but I never really rate anything below a 3 unless it is terrible. According to the ratings a 3 is "Liked It" and a 2 is "Didn't Like It" and in most cases I like everything I watch. I may not think it's good, but I don't ask for much. What they need is a pure neutral rating. Anyway though I am in, and I have 1000 or so ratings done.
