FWIW, They have been tagged a rogue affiliate by RRR.

I have considered allowing them back lately, i have been in touch with them. I have heard zero complaints about them since they launched. They have some association in one way or another (same IP/computer) as a known thief. This is the reason they are not on RRR. I must say though that in 5 months or so I have only heard a complaint about their emails bouncing, this was during a hosting issue that any website goes through at some point.

Use your judgement but I think I will be removing the rogue post on December 1 and allowing them on RRR. Their explanation was that they were using a computer lab shared by many, as time goes on this response either has proven to be more believable and the fact that the name "Royal Rakeback" has never commited an offense worthy of delisting at RRR (the previous offender used a Hotmail address) I feel it is time to reevaluate.
