Default Re: HSNL [censored] November

i WILL master new poker software this month

some emails to FTP:

"After playing for a few days on your site, I'm pretty sure my SN, XXXX, is unlucky.

I'd like to continue playing but I'm going to need to change it to something luckier.

Can you please change my SN to "sackagaweas"?

The rest of the account can stay the same, it's just the name that's really unlucky.

Thank you!"

Hello,

Thanks for your email to Full Tilt Poker. My name is Albert and I would
like to assist you.

Unfortunately, we do not allow players to change their Player IDs on
Full Tilt Poker once they have registered with our site. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Please do not create a new account in order to use your desired Player
ID. We ask you to refrain from this activity as it is against site
rules for any player to have multiple accounts at Full Tilt Poker.

Best of luck on the tables, and if there's anything we can help you
with, please let us know.

Regards,

Albert

"Please do what you can to make this possible. My old site, Party Poker, never had a problem with this. I like your site and would hate to have to move to PokerStars to rid myself of the unlucky name.

Thanks!"

Hello Jason,

Thanks for your prompt response.

Unfortunately, we are firm with our policy regarding name changes.

Please rest assured that our random number generator is not biased to
specific playerIDs or alpha-numeric combinations. We hope that you wil
remain on our site and wish you better luck in the future.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

Regards,

"Al,

Please put in a prayer for me then, with whatever god you worship, if I'm going to make this name lucky again."

Hello,

Thanks again for your email, Jason.

I assure you that we want everyone to do well on our site. I,
personally, have been playing poker online for some time and didn't
start winning until I stopped relying on my instincts and pure luck.
Although, I have to admit, that winning is not easy, patience and
playing fewer hands seem to play a factor. I'm not a pro and do not have
any good winning advice to give, but I really do hope you have more
success at the tables.

Please feel free to contact us with your questions anytime, Jason. Good
luck!

Regards,

Albert
