OLP=total # online players
FC=famous cheats here = ZJ + JJprod =2 (adjust if you know others)
ZJNH= ZJ's nuthuggers (posters who have supported ZJ on this site)
%C=% cheaters in online poker

%C=(FC+.6*ZJNH)*100/OLP = bare minimum number
