I've noticed at these low stakes plently of villains will raise with just about anything when you c-bet a paired board, especially if you have an aggressive image. So, often times (without a read) I only c-bet paired board when I am willing to re-raise. That said, I understand arguments for pushing any of these hands. Particularily, I would push the min raise with JJ+, A10,K10,6x,AcKc, and Ac2c. I'd probably be a bit weary with J10 (maybe call and re-evaluate the turn). I would need a read to push/call with 99, so most likely I fold that. If he check-pushed, I would probably lay down J10,99, and Ac2c.
