The Eagles have a very powerful offense, and there are plenty of fantasy points to go around. Brown also seems to be a favorite target for McNabb on short touchdown passes, something that is not likely to go away when Stallworth returns.
If you really need RB or QB help and can pick up a stud for Brown because someone is over valuing him, I would take the deal. But don't trade him just because you think his value is going to drop off, because that might not happen. Stallworth's injury (hamstring pull) is also something that he can easily re-injure and miss more time.
