You will get that review until the sum of all of your prior deposits exceeds the amount you are withdrawing.
As an example, the sum of my total deposits throughout my entire history with Stars is under $1000. I am forced to go through the review process every time that I withdraw in excess of $1000 to my NT account because it is more than the sum of all of my prior deposits.
