You don't really say how the bad player is bad. If he's very loose/aggressive, I think that raising to isolate has merit. If he's loose/passive or straightforward, I think folding is much better.
With all the third street action, the pot's big enough that I think you should see the river more often than not.
I wouldn't necessarily count on the other guy to bet my hand for me on sixth street. Then again, maybe he won't be able to resist the temptation to bet Kings-up against what all of a sudden appears to be two smaller pair.
