Is he trapping with an overpair or does he have a straight or flushdraw? The straight draw is unlikely because that would be QJ, 87 or KJ. The flush draw is unlikely because already 4 clubs are out.

His most likely hands are: TT, AT and AA-JJ. Now when he holds AA-JJ you have massive implied odds when you catch your straight or flush. Even if you catch a J or Q you beat top pair.

What do you think villain puts you on after your turn bet? 87? That is very unlikely. I think your bluff is not well disguised. Nonetheless it is a tough call for him.
