1 is call for 35% bubble, 35% bust in 3rd, 15% scoop, 15% side pot. Fold 50/50 UTG nearly trebles up vs your 1700.
Edit hold on 35% bubble, 30% scoop, 18% out in 3rd, 17% side pot.
2 I'm fairly sure is a fold. I might call if it was 3000 6000 4500 (you). As is I think the stack parity is too close.
