(1) Calling or folding seem about the same. Benefits of folding are that you will still be ahead after UTG goes through the blinds. I think this is enough to fold because SB will push you off of most hands on flop. However I probably call this in the game praying SB doesn't push me off a pair. Undecided on this one.
(2) This seems like a fold. Although my ITM game might be lacking. If SB is passive and button has been missing pushes a fold will leave you enough chips to have a good shot of winning even if button isn't knocked out.
*Bonus* - 88+,AJ+, although this seems quite tight and makes me rethink (2)
