Here's what you do. You get
Verizon Broadband Access, and and a
Kyocera KR1. You plug the Verizon Broadband Access card into the Kyocera KR1, and the KR1 will now spread Wifi access throughout your bus.
Edit: Oops. You're in Canada. I'm guessing Verizon doesn't (exist?) offer this service in Canada. See if any of your Canadian cell phone carriers offer "EV-DO" service, and then find out if their equipment will work with the KR1. AFAIK, the KR1 is the only EV-DO-compatible wifi router.
