Default Can Non-US Players Play at Party from within the US?
Has Party stopped the play of non-US players from US IP addresses? There statement implied that this would be the case, but I'm curious if this has actually begun.

For instance, can a Canadian player with a Canadian address go to the US and log onto Party and play real money games right now?
