The 2 best casinos for IT jobs are MGM and Harrah's.
For MGM, I use this site..
http://secure02.mgm-mirage.com/employment/jobsearch.asp all of their IT jobs are under the "MGM Mirage - Corporate" dropdown.
Harrah's lists all of their jobs on Hotjobs.. Just put Harrah's in the keyword field and pick Vegas.
