1) Guess due to the dynamic and way other hands might have been played Neverwin thinks that if Erik is busted or might have a pair he might bet the river again. Otherwise bet/3bet is way better, but I guess he won't have him on a Queen and thinks his line offers more value.

2) Depending on the action before K7 might still be a little bit overplayed, but it really matters how the other hands developed... It's also a difference if it is K7o or K7s. Neverwin might have had a flushdraw and tried a 3rd bullet on the river. This might make way more sense than betting K7o on 3streets.. I mean it's still possible, maybe he thinks that Erik might fold a 9 or lower PP due to the dangerous board and action.

I doubt it's possible to judge their plays due to our very limited information. There are so many factors involved, we can't overlook the reasoning.
