Some people do get it during the day, but its a little more than that from what I've read.
For me, its just a single twitch that wakes me up. So its not like uncontrollable spasms or anything. But, like I said, mine is pretty mild.

do these twitches occur with dreams? sometimes i get these random twitches as i'm falling asleep, but sometimes in dreams, if i fall off of a building or something, my legs will twitch when i hit the ground and this wakes me up
