Why call the flop at all if you're going to fold to a blank? Were you just looking for a heart? Since there's no stack sizes listed, I assume he bought in for the max, and you have >=.
I think i would have prefered a smallish raise on the flop (25-30ish) and if pushed back at, you can safely fold as you are flipping a coin to a draw, or way behind to KK. I doubt anyone is going to try to slowplay a better set on such a dangerous board.
If called, bet 1/2 pot ish on a non-broadway/club turn, but probably fold if he leads out again. Check behind on the river with anything but Quads.
I think this would be a pretty standard line to play against a completely unknown opponent who just posted, and thus has a wide range of hands in this spot.
