You started with 0 and ended up with 480 by getting lucky in a tournament. Make the most of it. Use some of the money and buy some of the 2+2 books and start studying more.
You have sampled a variety of formats. Pick one you like, study, play, read the appropriate forum, and improve your abilities. If you continue to dabble in a variety of formats it very may well be counter productive to your game. I'd recommend limit and just play an occasional freeroll if you feel the neeed to play in tournaments, but it really all depends on what you like.
Disregard most of the advice you hear from the big name pros. They are primarily talking about tournament strategy.
