There is NOTHING in this legislation that makes poker illegal. This is really important to understand, and not getting it is really boneheaded.

The sites that turned away US players were all primarily sports books that had OPENLY advertised (nothing cute like a ".net poker school") to US players. That was not about poker at all and totally about sportsbooks.

You're very unlikely to find that Party/Stars etc will turn away US players anytime soon,
