OK, guys this isn't about the $20 that I wanted to withdraw... this is about them REMOVING the $20 when I said "no" twice. Read the transcript I posted, I don't know how anyone can justify what the supervisor is saying.
Unfortunately, I don't have the right transcript BEFORE signing up on the site where the guy had me believing the $20 could bet bet on anything and still get my $100 back. I thought the $20 could be bet, but before I take out that $20 + winnings I would have to clear the $540 or w/e rollover requirement. I chatted with the support team 3 times before signing up on the site, and the only one I emailed to myself was the "Confirm this, does this look right?" for Monday Night.
Again, this isn't about me wanting the $20 to be withdrawn, this is about them taking the $20 bonus out when I said "No" as I was still probably going to leave the funds in the account for a few months.
