Why should they respond? Its not in their best interest to do so, although we all want answers I doubt we will get them. Your only recourse is to sue or file a complaint with casino control.

It is in their best interest to do so, they do not want Gaming coming down on their backs.

Also to the OP, there is a very indepth article written about this, and the color up issue is a very plausible explanation...they have been able to narrow the time down to a 22 minute window.

Not to mention this one, Please note at the end they mention that Harrahs will respond when they finish their internal investigation (yes its been 30 days but they probably didnt start till September when everybody started asking questions.)
