In general I don't put people on monsters when they raise the flop. Sets and 2-pair seem to wait for the turn to raise you. But since you don't really have any redraws against those and a rather weak kicker, it's pretty easy to let this one go. KJ/AJ I'd call down.

I raise that flop all day long with 2 pairs and sets.
In fact I virtually never slowplay.
