Got this email from them today:
Hi XXXXX,
Unfortunately we are unable to confirm your information to the extent that we would be comfortable accepting your payment volume.
As a result we have reversed the last two payments received on your account back to the merchant.
Your current balance is $0
We have permanently disabled your account and you will need to seek an alternate payment provider for future transactions.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
