I would have raised the flop anyway. There's a lot of value being lost that may not be made up on later streets, especially if villains get passive (live game).

As you played it, I would raise-call the river. You've only played with BB for an orbit, which doesn't really make much of a read. You also don't have a read on him postflop because he hasn't played much preflop.
