I'd raise or fold preflop but mainly raise. I hate limping first in from late postion, especially with 5 high.
Thats a pretty good flop for your hand. I'd raise here to about $16 to try and build the pot. If he comes over the top then I'd likey just stick it in.
As played i'd raise more on the turn and make a small value bet on the river.
