I would pick Thai or Japanese. I used to live in Thailand so I am swayed a bit because of my knowledge of how varied their cuisine is. For instance, I don't know what I would eat in the morning if I picked Japanese. But I think sushi is the best food there is, so I don't think I would be disappointed if I picked Japanese.
Either way, not eating bread or cheese anymore would be tough.
