I don't mind the flop/turn actually, but would need a special reason to call the river. In fact, I'd hardly ever call that unless villian was someone who would play anything PF and would almost always fire a bullet or two if they sensed weakness post flop - sounds like you had both these things going for the call so it's probably fair enough.
