I never minded 4 or 5 day weeks, as long as my 1st class every day started relatively late (ideally afternoon, 11am at the earliest if you can swing it).
Nice to have 4 day weekends though...
You should be fine dude; everybody's meeting new people, just get in the mix. I'm sure there will be tons of hold'em games to get you started.
