Default ($11) AKo out of position

Playing AK out of position is not always so easy for me.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP3 (t1420)
CO (t1885)
Button (t1205)
SB (t1340)
BB (t1410)
UTG (t1495)
UTG+1 (t1400)
MP1 (t1540)
Hero (t1805)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises to t90, MP3 calls t90, CO raises to t240, 3 folds, Hero calls t150, MP3 folds.

Correct to call t150 reraise with AKo OOP this early in the SNG?

Flop: (t615) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets t240, Hero folds.

What could CO be re-raising 240 preflop yet only bet 1/3 pot on the flop? I guessed that any Q or pocket-pair had me beat here but the smallish flop-bet seemed like he had pockets <= TT and was slightly scared of the Q on the flop. In either case, I think I am behind with my 6 outer and folded. Correct to C/F this flop?
