Agreed. Casinos just refuse to pay the employees, in non tipped positions, what they are worth. If a casino is going to stick a bartender in a service bar where they have no chance to get tips, they should be paying them instead of making the waitress pay them. Making one employee pay another one is absolutely ridiculous. I can understand the tip sharing in the table games because it's not fair to the guy who is a great dealer, deals all games, and gets stuck dealing pai gow and mini bacc every day where the tipping is next to nothing, and joe lumpy dealer who only dealers Bj gets to deal the best game for tips.
