I think your best line is to just call down. You are either way ahead or way behind. Raising puts you at risk and may even help me from playing my hand correctly.. If you raise and all I have is a pair of 6s you just stopped me from following through with a bluff on 5th-7th... If you get 3 bet its disgusting. So I suggest call 4th/5th/6th/7th and bet anytime I slow down.
