flop lead is fine. after the 3bet, you can either RR or call. on a dry board like this, you can consider calling
if you call, then lead turn or CRAI.
if this board were very draw-ish against an opponent with a very wide range, i would definetly bring down the flop hammer. or, if this villians actions clearly define his hand as QQ+ (it doesnt here) and hes garanteed attached, i like to hammer big as well.
in this case, i feel the lead-call flop is best, but there is nothing wrong with your line
my one concern with C/Cing flop and bombing turn is that it may let villian off too easily. C/C flop lead turn probably would be fine, but i think getting villiains money in the center is nice with a flop lead. you would miss a Cbet bluff on the flop tho
